1. Return Eligibility

- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
Note: Certain electronic items such as personal care devices or opened packaging may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
